Some residents continue driving as long as they feel comfortable and have a valid license.

Others prefer to use our transportation services instead. Either way, Evergreen supports whatever helps you feel most confident and independent.

Yes, we offer 2 convenient parking lots, one in the front and one in the back, making it easy to park close to your apartment.

In the evening, the building is secured with a second set of locked doors. If someone arrives after hours, staff are available to help them in.
